By using this web service, you agree to the terms outlined below. MsgEcho is a platform that allows public display of SMS messages submitted by users.
MsgEcho is a service intended for the public sharing of SMS messages submitted by users. The user acknowledges that all submitted messages may be automatically and publicly displayed on the website, with no option for subsequent editing or deletion by the user. This service is available to users from various countries; however, its use is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The sender is fully responsible for the content of each submitted message. It is strictly prohibited to send messages containing any illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, vulgar, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content. The user agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
MsgEcho does not store any personal user data such as IP addresses, location, cookies, or other technical identifiers. The exception is storing phone numbers if a user voluntarily provides them to link with their Avatar. This phone number is not displayed publicly, is not shared with third parties, and is used exclusively for user identification within this feature. Users have the right to request removal of their phone number at any time by emailing mymsgecho@gmail.com. Publicly displayed SMS messages are stored for 14 days and then automatically deleted. The service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
The operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or withhold the display of messages that violate these terms or legal regulations. The service may be modified, restricted, or completely terminated at any time without prior notice.
The operator is not responsible for service availability, potential content loss, technical outages, or any damages resulting from the use of the service. The user uses the service at their own risk.
The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by the publication of the updated terms on the service’s website. By continuing to use the service after the changes are published, the user agrees to the new terms.
MsgEcho is accessible to users from various countries. By using the service, you agree that legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. You also agree to comply with the legal regulations of the country from which you use the service, particularly regarding content of communications, personal data protection, and communication law. If you use the service from a country outside the EU, you acknowledge that additional privacy or content regulations may apply and must be observed.
The use of this service is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable legal regulations of the European Union and the Czech Republic, as amended.
Users are obligated to use MsgEcho in compliance with the legal regulations of their country. The operator bears no responsibility for violations of third-country laws by users.
